❓ Frequently Asked Questions

What is a fiduciary?
A fiduciary is a licensed professional entrusted to act on behalf of another — especially in financial, health, or legal matters. We are bound to the highest ethical standards and serve when families need expert, neutral support.
Who do you work with?
We serve older adults, people with disabilities, their families, and attorneys or courts seeking qualified fiduciaries. We also work directly with individuals looking to create life plans that support their independence and well-being.
Is this just for people under conservatorship?
Not at all. Many clients are preventing conservatorship by building life plans. Others are seeking fiduciary support for trusts, estates, or personal decision-making. We meet you wherever you are in your journey.
Where do you provide services?
We are based in Lompoc, CA, and serve Santa Barbara County and surrounding areas. Remote support is available depending on the need.
How do I get started?
We offer a free 40-minute consultation to discuss your situation and help you understand your options. From there, we’ll work together to create a plan that fits your needs.
