Trust Administration

• $115/hour – Routine administration and communication with beneficiaries

• Flat fees available for trust settlement based on complexity

• Document review and coordination with attorneys as needed

Power of Attorney Services

• $100/hour – Financial and health care decision-making support

• Flat rates available for long-term POA arrangements

• Urgent or same-day matters may incur additional fees

​

Conservatorships

• $125/hour – Court report preparation, care coordination, and documentation

• Includes communication with attorneys, care providers, and service agencies

• Court appearances or emergency services billed additionally

​

Executor / Estate Administration

• $150/hour – Estate settlement, creditor notifications, and distribution tracking

• Flat fees available for straightforward estate cases

• Coordination with probate court and tax professionals

​

Supplemental Services

• $100/hour – Consultation-only planning or guidance

• Includes benefit navigation (SSI/SSDI, Medi-Cal, IHSS)

• Advance directive coaching and document preparation available

Billing & Payment

• Invoices are issued monthly or per project milestone

• Accepted payment: Check, Zelle, or direct deposit

• Sliding scale considered on a case-by-case basis
